Shipping & Returns
Items purchased online from Misch will be shipped via CanadaPost Monday to Friday, except statuary holidays. We may take up to 48 hours to confirm product availability, and will email you once your order is confirmed. Misch shares inventory with our physical storefront, which can result in variances in inventory availability.
Within Canada: Shipping is flat rate $15, and we offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $300 before tax.
CanadaPost regular mail includes tracking and $100 insurance. Taxes will be charged as per the province of the destination of the package. British Columbia (12%), Alberta (5%), Manitoba (13%), Saskatchewan (11%), Ontario (13%), Quebec (14.975%), New Brunswick (15%), Newfoundland & Labrador (15%), Nova Scotia (15%), PEI (15%), Nunavut (5%), Yukon Territories (5%), Northwest Territories (5%). Canada Post shipping takes an estimated 2 to 9 business days, depending on the location.
To the USA: Shipping is flat rate $25. All goods shipped to the United States are a final sale. Goods shipped to the United States are not subject to Canadian taxes. We are not responsible for duties and taxes that may be applicable at the United States border, it is the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping is with Canada Post, which then is handled by USPS once it has crossed the border. It takes approximately 10 business days.
International: We do not offer International shipping at the moment, but please feel free to email us at email@example.com and we can work with you on a case by case basis.
Sale items and items shipped outside the Canadian border are a FINAL sale and not permitted to be returned.
Regular price items purchased online and delivered within Canada must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) (in unworn condition with the original tags still attached) for store credit. Store credits never expire.
All returning merchandise must comply with the following:
• Not be worn, washed, stained or altered
• Have all original tags, dust bags, extra buttons etc
• Include any original boxes (shoes) and dustbags
• The goods must be well packed
The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Misch.
If you would like to return for store credit or exchange a product purchased on our online store, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization within 72 hours of receipt of the item(s). All orders returned without authorization will be refused at delivery and returned to shipper.
Misch product that is purchased online (excluding promotional or sale items) must be posted back to the store within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.
COMPLETING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
• Email email@example.com for a return authorization within 72 hours of receiving your purchase.
• Once approved, your Return Authorization number (RA number) will be provided.
•Wrap your parcel, write the RA number and return to Misch (at 2960 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC, V6H 3J7) within 7 days of receiving your RA. -Return shipping must designate signature on delivery.
•Email the tracking number of the shipment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We cannot accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We cannot assume responsibility for packages without proof of delivery to the address listed above.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders. All import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT
We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items.
We offer price adjustments for regular price items that have gone on sale within 7 days from order date. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be provided in the form of a Misch store credit only.
The exact size, style and colour must be available for purchase when request is made.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If package is refused, a restocking fee equal to the return shipping charge will be deducted from the store credit.
